You are being invited to participate in a research study. Our study aims to examine the trust perception and recovery satisfaction in managerial responses to online negative reviews. Managerial response is defined as “the act of managers publicly replying to online reviews”. You were selected to participate in this study because you are an adult consumer in the U.S. or the UK.
All data will be stored in One Drive which is accessible with the researcher credentials and offers a number of security features, including encryption for the files both in transit and at rest, as well as two-factor authentication. All data will be analyzed aggregately. Results will be shared with Institutional Advancement and may be published in academic journals, books, or conference presentations. Data in these publications will be presented in deidentified, aggregate form only, and your responses will not be individually identifiable.
